About The Position

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the value of the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. We are continually driving to develop advertising policies and standards that support this vision. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Ad Policy Manager with excellent analytical abilities, and strong ownership and organizational skills, to join Advertising Trust Policy. In this role, you will build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team’s work across the world. You will continuously advocate for our customers by resolving ad policy escalations; demonstrating excellent judgment and creativity. You will deliver internal training and ensure that training materials are up to date and localized. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analysis and reporting activities. You will build new policies, refine existing polices and develop policy standards. Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field
  • 7+ years’ program or project management experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working with engineering teams
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.
  • Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis.
  • Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position.
  • Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.
