We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst professional that has NAVAIR aircraft/weapons system configuration and technical data management foreign military aircraft expertise to support the Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft Programs (PEO (T)), Royal Malaysia Air Force, (PMA-265) for a 100% level of effort.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: 10 years’ of work experience.
  • 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with facilitating the needs and requirements for international programs including coordination and management of foreign military aircraft and sanitized of F/A-18 platform documentation for delivery to foreign governments
  • Experience with maintaining configuration management of all system manuals created under the new standardized process with an in-depth knowledge of foreign customer's aircraft configuration associated with the US Navy and National Foreign Disclosure Policy
  • Experience with Navy, Marine Corps and DOD activities to resolve issues associated with the use of all technical data products produced by Naval Air Technical Services Facility (NATSF) as distributed to the foreign customer, including determining the validity of NAVAIR technical manuals (TMs)
  • Experience with US Navy regulations, policies and method of program management as well as CNAFINST 4790.2, NA 00-25-100, 00-25-300, 00-25-604, 00-25-700, AL-855TM-GYD-000, NAVAIR SWPV456-001 (Documentation for Export of Technical Data) and SWP456-002 ( International Programs Technical Data Processing, Review, and Sanitization), Navy Foreign Disclosure Manual (FDM), NAVAIR International Programs Memorandum, Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)and numerous MIL-SPECs and MIL-STDs on Technical Manual development/preparation including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) from traditional paper/Portable Document Format (PDF) Type 1 and 2 IETMS
  • Experience Interacting with case managers and country teams to ensure that new and updated data is accurate
  • Experience with the implementation and management of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and Automated Technical Information System (ATIS)
  • Strong background in Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP)
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills required to interpret technical documentation requirements
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with U.S. government and contractor team leads in the execution of daily requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and sustain technical data for the Royal Malaysia Air Force F/A-18 aircraft weapons systems and technical manuals, technical directives, engineering drawings and technical directive packages which includes updating RMAF SharePoint (SNS), conducting technical data sanitization procedures, protocols, and pertinent NAVAIR FMS directives and documents
  • Provide FMS aircraft configuration management support
  • Provide IETMs, and logs and records support
  • Provide technical data updates for release review to DAPML in support of F/A-18 FMS NAVAIR case by assisting in the management of the Federal/Foreign Distribution List (FDRL) within Technical Manual Application Systems (TMAPS)
  • Manage the development and update of unique RMAF publications, weapons checklists, and printing and distribution in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Provide the RMAF recommendations in line with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) standards as required by the PM/DPM/DAPML or the PM’s assigned personnel
