About The Position

Senior Loan Officer Make a Positive Impact First State is seeking a motivated leader to join our team as Senior Loan Officer. The Senior Loan Officer is responsible for the development and administration of a good, quality loan portfolio consisting of consumer loans, real estate loans, and commercial loans as well as leading a team of lending staff. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of Consumer/Real Estate and/or Commercial Lending preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of compliance aspects of lending, i.e., HMDA, RESPA, Fair Lending, Reg B, Reg O, Flood Determination, Reg Z, CRA
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Superior oral communication abilities
  • Understanding of compliance aspects of banking, i.e., BSA, Privacy, OFAC, Security, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg E, Patriot Act
  • Strong skills in written communication
  • Credit analysis knowledge
