About the Job We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, someone who sees communication as both craft and lever. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with leaders across operations, clinical, data, product, and content to build communications that actually move the needle. You'll use lifecycle communications to bridge client experience and business outcomes by designing purposeful touchpoints that drive revenue, deepen engagement, and improve LTV across every stage of the client journey. You understand the mechanics of email and SMS, and you know how to tie them to a larger strategic story. Bonus points if you've operated in healthcare, health-tech, or another high-compliance environment where thoughtful communication isn't optional.
