You thrive in collaborative environments and aren't just comfortable leading cross-functional conversations, but you actively seek them out to drive toward a shared goal. You love a good process, and you love improving one even more. You're nimble, proactive, and honest about what's working. You don't wait to be handed a playbook — you help write it. Past colleagues would probably describe you as creative, strategic, dependable, a go-getter, and a clear leader.
