About The Position

As a Senior Lifecycle Advisor Program Manager, you’ll drive the design and enablement of lifecycle-based services that support our annuity growth strategy. You’ll work across Business Development, Presales, Delivery and Customer Success—turning service concepts into scalable offerings that span the full IT Lifecycle, including advisory services, consulting, staffing, managed services, OEM first-call support and Tier-2 partnerships across our cloud, security, data center, collaboration and networking practices. Operating globally, you’ll partner with regional teams and Tier-2 providers to promote service motions that help customers maximize their technology investments and accelerate ePlus’ overall services growth. YOUR IMPACT The essential functions (responsibilities) of this position include: Mentor and oversee team members involved in the development and submission of proposals, ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as the primary liaison for your territory, driving measurable growth across all ePlus services. Partner closely with the field sales teams to support training, skill development and overall readiness for positioning and selling the full ePlus services portfolio. Lead the creation of scalable service offerings that align with the full IT lifecycle: planning, implementation, operations, optimization and renewal. Translate business outcomes into service capabilities and solution architecture across multiple technology domains. Develop playbooks, enablement tools, and training content for BDEs, AEs and Presales Engineers to position, sell and renew services. Partner with Tier-2 vendors and strategic partners to co-design managed services and consumption models aligned with our annuity strategy. Collaborate closely with regional Business Development and Services teams to ensure consistent go-to-market messaging and alignment. Provide lifecycle feedback loops into ePlus’ service offerings—tracking adoption, attach rate, renewal metrics and customer satisfaction. Serve as the national advocacy point for our services portfolio, driving alignment across Sales, Presales Engineering, Partner Management and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT services, presales, business development or solution architecture roles—preferably within a services or managed-services environment.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple technology architectures (e.g., cloud, security, data center, collaboration) and integrate them into cohesive service offerings.
  • Strong service lifecycle mindset: from value articulation and design through deployment, adoption and renewal.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, partners, BDEs/AEs, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in partner ecosystems: vendor management, co-creating offers, ensuring partner delivered services align with internal standards.
  • Strong organizational, program management and enablement skills—able to drive national-level alignment and enablement across multiple teams and regions.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned territories
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling in complex ratable services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well in matrix managed environment
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
  • Possess ability to work independently.
