NewRocket is seeking a Sr Learning Partner to support Delivery and Platform Excellence’s learning priorities and performance goals. Working with company leaderrship, you will put your talents to work consulting with global functional leaders and the HR team to transform and accelerate business performance and drive employee engagement, growth, and retention, right in the heart of our business! As part of the Talent Development team, you will collaborate with leaders, knowledge experts, HR team and external learning providers in the achievement of Delivery and Platform Excellence development, career and certification strategy and goals. Provide a pro-active and responsive ‘single point of contact’ learning partner interface for your internal client group: Delivery and Platform Excellence leaders and employees. Understand client group’s short-and long-term strategy, OKRs and talent bench strength and gaps Collaboratively create the short-and long-term learning and certification strategy and goals needed in the achievement of their business and talent imperatives Consult on client group’s competency and skill requirements build out and collaborate on the execution of competency assessments as inputs to performance, development, and career plans Build out learning solutions and paths against career tracks leveraging internal, partner and external resources, while optimizing learning spend dollars Assess client group’s learning and development gaps and manage their training requests, collaborating with TD team and knowledge experts on the most optimal learning solutions Coach client group leaders and employees in career and development planning Work closely with the Learning Partner for ServiceNow Certifications to plan for and ensure execution of certification training that achieves client group’s learning goals Work closely with NewRocket University trainers to ensure delivery of programs that address BU’s priority learning requirements while ensuring the most effective and scalable use of training investments Communicate and ensure understanding of Newrocket University and ServiceNow training calendars, opportunities, platforms, resources and programs Implement client group’s learning dashboard, tracking progress against learning goals and program completions, and highlighting risks and solutions Contribute as a leader within both the client group, the Training Development team and the wider business, influencing new ways of thinking and working that support evolving business priorities and transformation program outcome. Build Training Development’s brand and awareness as a value-added, must-have center of excellence enabling business outcomes
