The Learning & Development team designs organization-wide learning that shapes how Awardco grows, leads, and excels. We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who can own learning programs end-to-end: designing engaging experiences, facilitating impactful sessions, and partnering with the business to turn real needs into measurable growth. What you will do: This is a hands-on, people-centered role that blends instructional design, facilitation, and program ownership. You’ll be responsible for learning experiences from concept through delivery and impact measurement. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other trainers and enablers throughout the organization.
