The Senior Learning Experience Designer is a hands‑on role responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving practical, competency‑driven learning solutions that support technician performance and business outcomes. This role focuses on translating operational needs, competency requirements, and performance gaps into structured learning experiences that can be immediately applied in the field. The Senior Learning Experience Designer works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Trainers, Field Leaders, and Security Integration Academy (SIA) leadership to transform technical skills, standards, and workflows into aligned, blended learning and assessment solutions that build and validate employee competency.
