Our enterprise support covers a wide range of areas such as Medicare and Medicaid cost reimbursement, provider-based licensure and certification, medical education programs, wage index reviews, uncompensated care, Medicare Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments, cost reporting, DSH appeals, and SSI. We are seeking a Learning Experience Design Senior to join our team and play a key role in creating engaging, learner-focused content for health care finance professionals. This role combines the domains of UX, instructional design, and graphic design to develop innovative training materials, including online courses, video content, and instructor-led training resources. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, writers, and leadership to design impactful learning experiences that shape the future of healthcare finance education.
