This role will design engaging and effective learning solutions for all modalities, including webcasts, eLearnings, in person experiences, videos and more and for a variety of curriculums, ranging from technical content to leadership to power skills and business skills. How you’ll create opportunities in this Learning Experience Design Senior role:

Requirements

5+ years' relevant experience required.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), assessment and evaluation design.
Proficiency with eLearning and video authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp).
Demonstrated ability to work strategically, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders.
This position requires <10% travel.

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree in instructional design or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Architecture Gather learning needs and supporting the design of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner profiles.
Learning Experience Design (LXD) Apply instructional design principles to develop digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.
Create and design all modalities, from videos to job aids to learning experience conferences.
Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Apply User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) and accessibility standards to learning content.
Technology & Innovation Stay informed about and utilize emerging tools and trends in learning design and technology.
Utilize AI tools in content creation.
Collaboration & Project Support Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to design learning content.
Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and communicate progress to ensure deliverables are met.
Serve as a peer advisor to fellow teammates and assist in on the job training and development of new and developing team members.
