We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role is all about bringing sustainable training programs to life, collaborating with teams to complete training needs assessments, design function-specific learning, and continuously improving training based on the needs of the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: You’ll be part of the team developing our people, making sure they have the skills, tools, and resources to thrive. Here’s how you’ll do it: Partnering with Teams from Training Needs Analysis to Customized Training Work closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to lead training need assessments, design and deliver team- and function-specific training. Use your design skills to tailor existing content to meet the unique needs of different groups within Braun Intertec. Be a trusted learning partner—helping teams build skills and solve challenges through targeted training solutions. Delivering Engaging Learning Experiences Coordinate, facilitate and deliver key training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, eLearning, video, etc.). Lead sessions for New Employee Onboarding, New Supervisor Training, DISC workshops, and team learning experiences. Adapt delivery styles to engage a variety of learners and learning preferences. Partner to manage Learning System data & information along with key leader resources. Keeping Training Relevant & Impactful Regularly & consistently gather meaningful feedback from learners, managers, and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve training content. Utilize data and collaboration to ensure programs evolve alongside the organization, making sure learning stays aligned with business needs and industry trends. Help maintain and update learning materials and records to keep content fresh, engaging, and effective.
