We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an L&D Tax Senior Specialist to join the Learning & Development team. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. The L&D team is dedicated to equipping CohnReznick professionals with premier learning opportunities and resources, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement. Reporting directly to the L&D Manager, Tax Learning, this role is a senior individual contributor responsible for the design, development, and execution of enterprise Tax learning solutions. The Senior Specialist partners closely with the Tax Learning Manager to translate strategy into high-quality learning experiences by building scalable curricula, level-based technical learning pathways, and extended learning toolkits. This role plays a critical hands-on role in curriculum architecture, instructional design, and learning experience delivery across U.S. and global offices, working with Tax professionals and subject matter experts to convert complex technical content into engaging, instructionally sound learning.
