About this role : Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Programs team within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise change Management organization. In this role, you will : Drive and deliver results for high priority programs by working in project teams spanning businesses and support functions. Develop strategy to stand up programs (e.g., define problem, structure an approach) and create a successful path to delivery (e.g., define workstreams, milestones, and timing). Work alongside senior leaders as a strategic partner which will require navigating a highly matrixed environment. Provide executive-level communications to key stakeholders on progress, findings, and recommendations via succinct presentations and storytelling. Guide a team through ambiguous and complex situations, while serving as a coach/advisor to team members as part of their growth and development. Strategic Programs addresses pressing challenges facing Wells Fargo across its businesses, supporting functions, and 250,000 employees. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $159,000.00 - $254,000.00
