About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support Lending Ecosystem & Integrations product. This role is responsible for end-to-end solutions definition, execution, and value realization for large, complex integrations that enable seamless data flow and straight-through processing across the commercial and consumer lending lifecycle. This individual contributor role is critical for analyzing, planning, executing product features for conversions from legacy systems to the target state platform, and ensuring reliable data exchange between lending platforms and downstream systems such as servicing, risk, accounting, and reconciliation. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations platform, aligned to enterprise lending modernization objectives. You will establish and advance integration strategy leveraging APIs, event-driven architecture, and real-time data exchanges to reduce system swivels and manual processing. The position involves driving platform consistency across lines of business while enabling LOB-specific extensibility and providing leadership across multiple delivery teams. You will own outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and product health metrics, partnering with Technology, Architecture, Data, and Platform teams to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise non-functional requirements. The role also includes performing discovery for new capabilities and data conversions routines, developing solutions with technology partners and architects, and ensuring end-to-end planning, implementation, testing, and roll out. You will ensure all features and stories are developed in the best agile practices and manage product and technology team capacity. As a product owner for one of the product areas, you will drive alignment across internal and external systems and represent the product area in various forums. This individual contributor role requires inspiring, influencing, and developing Lead Product Managers and Product Owners, and following high product management standards, operating rhythms, and best practices, ensuring adherence to Agile Principles.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in enterprise platforms, integrations, or financial services technology.
Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-system integration ecosystems.
Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, credit, accounting, risk).
Strong executive communication and influence skills.
Experience with Loan IQ and large-scale lending platforms integration and transformation programs.
Background in API platforms, event-driven architecture, or integration middleware.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development and implementation of the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations platform, aligned to enterprise lending modernization objectives.
Establish and advance integration strategy leveraging APIs, event-driven architecture, and real-time data exchanges to reduce system swivels and manual processing.
Drive platform consistency across lines of business while enabling LOB-specific extensibility.
Provide leadership across multiple delivery teams including onboarding integrations, Loan IQ delivery integrations, downstream servicing, risk, and reconciliation capabilities.
Own outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and product health metrics.
Partner with Technology, Architecture, Data, and Platform teams to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise non-functional requirements (resiliency, performance, security).
Perform discovery for new capabilities and data conversions routines, develop solutions in partnership with technology partners and architects, ensure the end-to-end planning, implementation, testing and roll out.
Ensure all features and stories are developed in the best agile practices.
Responsible for managing product and technology team capacity to deliver features and capabilities.
Act as a product owner for one of the product areas within a Lending Ecosystem & Integrations domain.
Drive alignment across internal and external systems, including vendor and partner platforms that participate in the lending ecosystem.
Represent the product area in product ceremonies, governance forums, transformation reviews, and regulatory discussions.
