About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of Card and Personal Loan shopping capabilities, shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and select the right products across digital channels. This role owns the end-to-end product vision and execution for critical shopping experiences that sit at the intersection of customer experience, risk, marketing, and platform strategy. You will lead highly complex, cross‑product initiatives and partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric solutions. This is a strategic product leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences senior stakeholders, and builds platforms that enable both near-term impact and long-term optionality. In this role, you will: Own the product vision and roadmap for Card and Personal Loan shopping capabilities, including discovery, comparison, eligibility, and offer decisioning experiences across web and mobile channels. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, framing complex trade-offs across growth, customer experience, risk, and technology to accelerate high-quality decisions. Design and evolve platform capabilities that enable reuse, consistency, and speed-to-market across Card and Lending products, including shared APIs, decisioning services, and front-end patterns. Partner deeply with risk, legal, and compliance teams to embed controls, disclosures, and eligibility logic directly into product design—balancing innovation with regulatory and policy requirements. Build structured decision frameworks that enable productive debate, clarify options, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Translate customer and business needs into clear product strategies, epics, and roadmaps, ensuring teams understand not just what to build, but why. Champion strong product and agile discipline, using metrics and outcomes (e.g., conversion, approval confidence, funnel performance, cycle time) to drive continuous improvement. Leverage data, experimentation, and test‑and-learn approaches to optimize shopping and conversion experiences over time. Mentor and elevate product talent, modeling strong product thinking, stakeholder engagement, and customer-centered decision making. Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
