About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager supporting Consumer Lending and Banking (CBL). This role serves as a critical bridge between product, risk, and frontline teams—ensuring product and procedure changes are practical, well understood, and easy to adopt. The role focuses on simplifying complex requirements, embedding controls into daily work, and enabling frontline teams to confidently serve customers while maintaining strong risk and compliance standards. You’ll partner closely with field teams to gather insights, identify friction points, and translate those learnings into improvements that drive consistency, efficiency, and better customer outcomes. Success in this role means delivering operationally viable solutions that are clearly documented, easy to execute, and aligned with both customer expectations and enterprise risk requirements. As a Business Execution Consultant, you will lead projects that concentrate on advanced technology solutions and optimization initiatives in branch banking and banker connections, ensuring these efforts align with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable impact. You will drive operational excellence by translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans, coordinating complex activities, and aligning stakeholders to achieve results. Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience in supporting product delivery impacting branch employees or call center operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing large and complex enterprise-wide programs/products
  • Experience working cross functionally between the business and technology
  • Experience partnering, influencing, and driving change through senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
