Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Equipment Finance Sales Specialist for our Transportation group covering Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, California, Hawaii and Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for creating sales opportunities with equipment finance clients and prospects. This includes identifying, acquiring, and growing new relationships within the transportation industry across the specified states. The role involves coordinating the completion of finance requests from initiation through credit review, documentation, and funding. You will also identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Interaction with internal customers is expected, and you will receive direction from leaders while exercising independent judgment to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
