− Production Support (initial focus) clean up and new incident handling, Jira/Service Now ticket management, and reconciliation correction coordination. − Analyze complex business needs and processes, document detailed requirements, assess feasibility/costs, and recommend optimal solutions based on performance analysis and industry research. − Lead and manage projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive problem resolution to meet customer expectations. − Design and oversee release testing (test strategies, cases, monitoring) and review/approve system behavior to ensure alignment with business objectives. − Communicate and train stakeholders (internal and external), prepare user documentation and communication plans, and provide technical/user support as needed.
