We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Orlando, FL. About Us AtkinsRéalis is one of the world's most respected design, engineering and project management consultancies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture;
  • Landscape Architects with fifteen to twenty-five years' experience
  • Persuasive ability plus strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present technical documents and/or participation in professional groups and committees.
  • Registration as a Licensed Landscape Architect is required; National CLARB registration
  • Capabilities in building and leading a design team
  • Has demonstrated business development and or management
  • Experience managing and or providing FDOT landscape architecture design services
  • Experience with private as well as municipal client services
  • AutoCAD, MicroStation, SketchUp, Photoshop and Lumion skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership to landscape architecture and urban design staff and office
  • Markets company services.
  • Provides consultation and advice.
  • Provide oversight on success of program and projects, conformance to budget and quality control.
  • Analyzes projects and solves major technical problems or makes cost-effective recommendations.
  • Determines program or project objectives and requirements.
  • Conducts technical training workshops and serves as mentor to less experienced landscape architects and other technical professionals.
  • Routinely manages projects.
  • Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
