Their core contribution involves leading complex, multidisciplinary projects—such as parks, public spaces, streetscapes, and green infrastructure initiatives—from initial concept through final construction. Beyond design, they act as key leaders by mentoring junior staff, cultivating strong client relationships, and actively participating in business development and project procurement to secure new work.
