About The Position
The Senior IT Technician serves as an experienced technical resource responsible for supporting, maintaining, and configuring computer systems, software applications, cloud storage tools, and enterprise management systems. This position joins devices to configuration management platforms using Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy and Microsoft Intune, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures adherence to security principles. The technician researches emerging technologies, makes support recommendations, and may assist with computer-controlled laboratory equipment and academic technology environments.
