Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Senior IT Specialist to manage and support our critical, fast-growing IT infrastructure and services. In this role you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of key systems, including mobile device management (MDM), identity and access management, cloud productivity tools, Helpdesk operations, and overall IT asset lifecycle management. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built. About the Role As Senior IT Specialist, you will manage and support our critical IT infrastructure and services. Specifically, you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of key systems, including mobile device management (MDM), identity and access management, cloud productivity tools, Helpdesk operations, and overall IT asset lifecycle management. In carrying out these responsibilities, you will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional technical support across the organization.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in managing mission-critical IT services and infrastructure
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and administration
  • Proficiency in IT asset-management and software-licensing principles
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management systems (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proven experience and impact as IT Specialist or Systems Administrator (minimum 2-5 years of hands-on IT experience) in fast-growth environment
  • Knowledge of Linux-based systems (required)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (required)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 certifications, Cisco CCNA, or similar)
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening process (drug screen and background checks)

Nice To Haves

  • High-level understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and practical experience with Linux-based devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems
  • Oversee hardware procurement, quality control, and lifecycle management for company devices and equipment
  • Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards
  • Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and interfaces
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for user provisioning, access control, and identity governance
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, user management, and related services (including migrations)
  • Handle software licensing compliance, vendor agreements, and integrations (e.g., Apple Business Manager, RMS credits, and other third-party systems)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions
  • Utilize monitoring tools to proactively track system performance, security, and infrastructure health
  • Conduct routine audits of company devices for compliance, security, and operational readiness
  • Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
