About The Position

THE SENIOR IT SERVICES AND SUPPORT ANALYST IS AN EXPERT-LEVEL TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR PROACTIVE OPERATIONAL OWNERSHIP, ADVANCED TROUBLESHOOTING, AND PROJECT DELIVERY ACROSS THE BANK’S TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT. THIS IN-PERSON ROLE IS BASED IN REEDSVILLE, PA. THIS ROLE SERVES AS A SENIOR WORKING LEAD, MODELING TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE WHILE MAINTAINING THE OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS. THE SENIOR ANALYST OWNS SMALL TO MEDIUM-SCALE IT PROJECTS, PROVIDES TIER 2 AND TIER 3 SUPPORT, AND MENTORS JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS WHILE MAINTAINING DEEP TECHNICAL EXPERTISE IN MICROSOFT 365, AZURE CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT, AND IT SERVICE OPERATIONS. THIS POSITION REQUIRES STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WHILE COLLABORATING EFFECTIVELY ACROSS THE IT TEAM AND BUSINESS UNITS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, or advanced technical support required.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Security & Compliance).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity management.
  • Strong expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity/access management.
  • Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies (Hyper-V or VMware), and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to document technical concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional customer service orientation.
  • Ability to mentor and support team development.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within regulated industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Own IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement planning, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and coordinating escalations when needed.
  • Lead disaster recovery testing, backup verification, and business continuity activities.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and support audit-related IT operational requirements.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex issues involving Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise applications.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, and security & compliance features.
  • Manage Azure cloud resources including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
  • Perform advanced Active Directory administration, Group Policy management, and identity/access management tasks.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure troubleshooting involving Windows Server, virtualization platforms, backup/disaster recovery systems, and network connectivity.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Own and deliver small to medium-scale IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and communicate progress updates.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, runbooks, configuration guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Model technical excellence, strong documentation practices, and customer-focused support.
  • Provide informal mentorship and knowledge sharing to IT Services and Support Analyst I and II team members.
  • Promote continuous improvement, learning, and operational excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Systems and Network Administrator on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
