About The Position

An Industrial/Manufacturing company in Fairview, OR is hiring a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join the team for a great long term opportunity! Job Duties: Day to day IT support includes, but not limited to, hardware setup, configuration, provisioning and user account management. The role also includes support for business applications (e.g. JD Edwards, custom applications, and SaaS). Manage the Service Desk system, including queue management, workflow, user and access management, system availability, and user experience Manage integration with other enterprise applications and IT systems Manage IT assets, including lifecycle processes Manage workplace assets (endpoints, licenses, user counts) Manage escalations between different support levels Support the creation and maintenance of the IT Service Catalog

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a Global organization in an IT Service Desk Analyst capacity
  • Enterprise level IT support experience - high volume of users up to 1k-2k+ users
  • Enterprise Application Support (preferably JD Edwards)
  • Strongly preferred to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • Workplace IT Certifications (MS-900, Comp TIA+, MCSA) preferred
  • ITIL V3/V4 training (certification preferred), with practical application of ITIL practices
  • Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, network concepts, and common business applications
  • Proficient with reporting and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) for generating dashboards, KPIs, and operational insights

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with industrial industry is a plus
