The Senior Recruiter role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and make an impact within a high-performing global team. Miratech is seeking an experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing and engaging top IT talent worldwide, while delivering exceptional candidate experiences. In this role, the recruiter will partner with internal stakeholders to attract the best talent through creative sourcing strategies, deep research, and global market insights. The ideal candidate is well-connected, curious, and passionate about tech recruiting. The position involves leading end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including developing sourcing strategies, managing the hiring process, and negotiating offers. Building strong networks both inside and outside the company is key to success, leveraging market intelligence to design search strategies that identify and engage top talent to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ experience in end-to-end hiring, with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, operational leaders, and executives, aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Proficiency in passive talent sourcing, market mapping, and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
  • Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
  • Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys, Avaya, NICE, Five9, and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles, with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, operations lead, and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
  • Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce, especially within contact center.
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows, implement best practices, and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency.
  • Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.
