And we’re here to build it together. We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, IT Generalist to join Webflow’s IT organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with a deep understanding of IT systems, operations, and governance. You’ll lead multiple initiatives across infrastructure, enterprise applications, security, and IT service delivery necessary to help drive alignment, accountability, and excellence across the organization. You will partner closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Your strong project management skills, operational discipline, and ability to distill complexity into clear and actionable plans will help Webflow’s IT organization continue to scale effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management roles within mid-to-large scale or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strong knowledge of IT domains: infrastructure, networking, SaaS applications, and security
  • Proven ability to develop PMO deliverables (roadmaps, dashboards, executive updates, KPIs)
  • Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and familiar with IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional IT projects and programs spanning infrastructure, enterprise applications, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain PMO-standard project documentation, including charters, project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Prepare and present PMO packets for leadership - clearly communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent communication, meeting facilitation, and clear expectation-setting.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement best practices in project governance, prioritization, and portfolio management.
  • Establish project KPIs and success metrics, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and lessons learned.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Continuously improve IT PMO processes to increase delivery velocity and operational excellence.
