Role Description We're looking for an IT Generalist to be the first point of contact for technical support at Ditto. Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll help everyone on the team get the technology and access they need to do their best work. You'll guide new hires through their first day setup, solve technical problems as they come up, and help us build better systems along the way. This role is a chance to directly improve how people work and feel supported at Ditto .
