This role ensures that products deliver measurable business value while adhering to ITS governance, security, and quality standards. The Product Manager leads cross-functional teams and applies Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to enable incremental delivery through continuous planning and execution. In addition to core product management responsibilities, the role requires advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, modern systems architecture including cloud-native and microservices design, and familiarity with Low Code / No Code platforms to accelerate solution delivery. The Product Manager will champion innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to optimize processes and enhance user experience. Acting as a strategic liaison between ITS leadership, business units, and technical teams, the incumbent fosters collaboration across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensures transparency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture and portfolio priorities. A Product Manager overseeing the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and Operational Financial Management (OFM) systems plays a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on guiding product strategy, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring both platforms support effective due diligence, risk management, and financial oversight. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the team that supports ESF and OFM systems, ensuring coordinated delivery, smooth operations, and continuous improvement. By aligning technology solutions with institutional policies and global standards, the Product Manager helps maintain streamlined workflows, strong data integration, and clear reporting. Working closely with technical teams, E&S specialists, and financial management experts, the Product Manager drives modernization, process alignment, and data‑driven decision‑making to support efficient and high‑performing operations.
