This role ensures that products deliver measurable business value while adhering to ITS governance, security, and quality standards. The Product Manager leads cross-functional teams and applies Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to enable incremental delivery through continuous planning and execution. In addition to core product management responsibilities, the role requires advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications, modern systems architecture including cloud-native and microservices design, and familiarity with Low Code / No Code platforms to accelerate solution delivery. The Product Manager will champion innovation, leveraging emerging technologies to optimize processes and enhance user experience. Acting as a strategic liaison between ITS leadership, business units, and technical teams, the incumbent fosters collaboration across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensures transparency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture and portfolio priorities. A Product Manager overseeing the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and Operational Financial Management (OFM) systems plays a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on guiding product strategy, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring both platforms support effective due diligence, risk management, and financial oversight. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the team that supports ESF and OFM systems, ensuring coordinated delivery, smooth operations, and continuous improvement. By aligning technology solutions with institutional policies and global standards, the Product Manager helps maintain streamlined workflows, strong data integration, and clear reporting. Working closely with technical teams, E&S specialists, and financial management experts, the Product Manager drives modernization, process alignment, and data‑driven decision‑making to support efficient and high‑performing operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management within ITS or similar technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in SAFe practices and Program Increment (PI) Planning.

  • Ensure lessons learned and best practices are documented and shared to enhance organizational maturity in Agile delivery.
  • A comprehensive product roadmap aligned with ITS and SAFe objectives.
  • Quarterly progress reports on product performance, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Documentation of PI Planning outcomes and backlog prioritization.
  • Regular stakeholder engagement updates and risk mitigation plans.
  • Agile Methodologies: Expert proficiency with extensive experience in SAFe and Scrum.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Advanced proficiency and ability to align with strategic objectives.

  • Financial Planning: Intermediate proficiency with knowledge of ITS budgeting and cost control.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency with ability to make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Master’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years in IT product management or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing products that incorporate sustainability and compliance components.
  • Knowledge and competency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.
  • Understanding of modern systems architecture, including cloud-native and microservices.
  • Familiarity with Low Code / No Code platforms and their integration within enterprise solutions.
  • understanding of ESF principles and financial governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, including Agile Release Train leadership and PI Planning.
  • Proficiency in Lean Portfolio Management, backlog prioritization, and value stream alignment.
  • Advanced technical and professional skills, including Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management tools, and financial planning systems.

  • Professional certifications such as SAFe Agile Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Recommended certifications (at least two required): SAFe Agile Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Certification in SAFe Agile Product Management or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading multiple product portfolios with complex interdependencies.
  • Ability to drive strategy for developing modern AI driven systems and integration across all products.
  • Representation of the organization in high-level forums
  • Experience shaping strategy and supporting organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ITS objectives and enterprise architecture.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and system demos, in accordance with SAFe practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), development teams, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure incremental delivery of value.

  • Ensure compliance with ITS governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and quality assurance standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ITS leadership, business units, and technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
