The Business Relationship Manager (BRM ) is a liaison between IT and the business, oriented toward emerging needs. Driving digital transformation by digital technologies to create new or modify existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. Has significant knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both IT and the business. This person needs to have the ability to gather business requirements and convert them into projects or change requests focusing on the value-add creation. Experience in manufacturing (Industrial/Data Center/Power Generation/Automotive) process is needed.
