About The Position

Define and own the technology strategy and roadmap for Marketing Enablement and Learning Solutions, aligned to enterprise and business priorities. Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends across marketing, learning, and remote support, translating opportunities into actionable strategies. Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives, delivery expectations, and long-term platform value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing technical delivery teams, people, and vendors.
  • Strong vendor and partner management experience, including SaaS providers and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and operate global platform governance models, including standards, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience delivering and scaling solutions across multiple customer groups.
  • Working knowledge of agile and DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile or product-centric delivery models in an enterprise IT setting.
  • Experience leading enterprise marketing and/or learning technology platforms in a global, matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing ecosystems, including data platforms, personalization, and analytics.
  • Proven experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing and Customer Data Platform, Adobe Learning Manager, Appinium, and Remote Case Support technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of regulated or medical device/healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and evolve global governance models to ensure effective platform management across the enterprise.
  • Ensure bidirectional sharing of priorities and roadmaps with global stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and identify opportunities for standardization and reuse.
