As a Senior International Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting multinational clients by managing tactical deliverables, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations for their globally mobile population. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and service excellence. In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day activities that keep our clients’ international benefits programs running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of key account logs, coordinate renewal timelines, and ensure compliance with service standards. You’ll also lead tactical client calls, prepare meeting agendas, and provide follow-up notes and action plans. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and help maintain Gallagher’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of insurance experience; experience with expatriate plans, business travel plans, other global policies preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and coordinating projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in meetings and written updates.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client service.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing claims issues preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client logs, track deliverables, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Lead tactical client calls and present updates during meetings.
  • Support consultants with strategic analysis.
  • Coordinate renewal timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Create reports, and draft presentations that guide decision-making.
  • Build RFP spreadsheets and analyze vendor results.
  • Advocate for clients by managing claims and escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Develop and support process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
