About The Position

The Senior Integration Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) will lead and deliver complex system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience focused on system integrations within technology services environments. Experience with integration following mergers and acquisitions is required. A college degree is required; an MBA is highly valued. PMP certification is preferred. NOTE: You Must Be Located in The United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on system integrations in technology services.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent system integration projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality and budget objectives are met.
  • Drive integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and alignment of systems, processes, and teams.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership and mentorship to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets using industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as appropriate to PMO leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee project portfolio management processes, coordinating resources and prioritizing deliverables in fast-paced environments.
  • Prepare and present executive-level project status updates, dashboards, and summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and leverage PMBOK and organizational best practices throughout project lifecycles.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and contribute to refining project management processes.
