We’re looking for a Senior Insurance Recruiter who doesn’t wait for talent to surface, but knows where to find it, how to engage it, and how to bring it in. This is a high-impact role where success isn’t just measured by filling roles but by identifying and closing the kind of talent that will help MGT scale and differentiate. In this role, you will own recruiting across the insurance organization end to end. This includes underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, operations, and tech-enabled roles. You likely come from an insurance recruiting/search firm and have built deep, trusted relationships across the industry. You know who the high performers are and who is open to doing things differently.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of recruiting experience focused on insurance
  • Experience at an insurance recruiting agency or search firm strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to fill a wide range of insurance roles
  • Strong network across the insurance talent market
  • Ability to attract candidates who are open to innovation and change
  • High urgency, strong judgment, and ability to close

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across all core insurance functions
  • Build pipelines of high-caliber, forward-thinking insurance talent
  • Engage passive candidates and convert them into hires
  • Identify candidates who are motivated to build, not just maintain
  • Partner directly with leadership on hiring strategy and priorities
  • Position MGT as a compelling, tech-forward alternative to traditional insurance companies
