The role of a Senior Infrastructure Engineer is to align and deliver on department and company goals when it pertains to maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the Legends Global technology stack and the environments it supports. The individual is a senior member of the team and is expected to mentor and help develop other team members’ skillsets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology infrastructure related experience
  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Enterprise mindset and execution

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support and maintain on-prem technology stack across all sites.
  • Support and collaborate on projects and other Legends Global initiatives.
  • Partner with Cyber Security and help support their methodology and frameworks.
  • Work with partners and internal teams to optimize and enhance the company’s technology stack.
  • Deliver robust documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and build knowledge bases for other teams to leverage while supporting Legend Global solutions.
  • Manage partners and related contracts that support Legends Global solutions and technology stack.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Assist with governance, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with developing their skillsets.
