About The Position

Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Infrastructure Platform team, will exhibit both depth and breadth of knowledge regarding software, applications, and technical processes across multiple technical disciplines. Build, develop, and operate within a team of highly skilled technical engineers, focused on solving complex business issues using innovative technologies. Collaborate with our business aligned applications owners and our internal technology teams, to design and implement modern, scalable, and highly available technology platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• Ten to twelve years of experience or equivalent education and End User Platform or experience (required)
• Knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as hardware, networking terminology, Intune, JAMF, Configuration Manager & Azure Virtual Desktop (required)
• Adept in specific infrastructure technology and end user device management
• Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
• Knowledge of on-premises and remote Data Center technologies and operations.
• Strong experience in several OS and Hypervisor platforms.
• Extensive experience with moving/deploying applications onto End User Devices.
• Experience in deploying and using telemetry tools to improve visibility and service offerings.
• Ability to partner and collaboration with non-technical business partners.
• Solid understanding of public cloud technologies

Nice To Haves

• Extensive Knowledge of End User Endpoint Management (preferred)
• Working knowledge of several End User Management platforms (Intune, JAMF, Configuration Manager & Azure Virtual Desktop. (preferred)
• Experience with scripting languages, preferably Powershell (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Nerdio, Terraform and DevOps.

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, and finding ways to mitigate risk.
• Works with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes.
• Manages infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirements.
• Drives results and implements multiple complex programs.
• Drives thought leadership within the product line.
• Executes work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectives.
• Considers upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions.
• Advises junior engineers and technologists.
• Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
• Works directly with our line of business stake holders and our internal engineering teams to engineer and delver next generation system platforms.
• Serves as a key leader in building critical infrastructure platforms.
