About The Position

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the capacity and capabilities of the Stream US Implementation team. Your primary focus will be leading the end-to-end delivery for our mid-tier and large enterprise clients from the initial Sales and Solutioning phase through to Launch and Hypercare. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless implementation experience for our clients before executing a smooth transition to our internal Client Success teams for ongoing management.

Requirements

  • Implementation experience: You’ve spent 5+ years leading complex implementations for large companies. Stakeholder management and strong objection handling experience is a must.
  • Technical understanding: You’re comfortable talking about data integrations, APIs, SFTP, and other operational processes. You understand analytics and can navigate basic SQL and other BI tools to help build analytical queries. You embrace AI to improve your daily tasks and develop better outcomes
  • Scale-up energy: You love a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenges of a growing company. Engaging in the details is a must.
  • Team player: You enjoy collaborating and helping others. You’ll work alongside our current team members to lend a hand or advise on best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge: Experience with Fintech, Banking, Payroll, or Workforce Management systems is preferable

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise and mid-tier launches: Take the lead on our biggest Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You’ll work with both project and executive-level stakeholders to ensure every launch meets their expectations and enables access to Stream’s financial wellbeing tools for their employees.
  • Implement new integrations: As we grow, so does our tech exposure. We regularly run into the need to build new software integrations. You’ll work with our solution designers and engineers to test and roll out new technical integrations, making sure our solution works perfectly with the platforms and systems our clients use.
  • Navigate our partners: Partnerships are often key to our success. Navigating these relationships and understanding how to achieve the goals and objectives of all involved parties is critical to the role.
  • Scale our work: We need to be efficient to hit our growth targets. You’ll help build the processes that allow our team to launch more clients, faster, without losing our high standards.
  • Manage and mitigate risk: You’ll spot blockers early and clear them, keeping our ambitious timelines on track. You navigate obstacles pre and post launch to ensure successful onboarding and adoption
