As a Senior Associate Implementation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in helping customers get live quickly, confidently, and consistently. This role is focused on high-volume delivery, enablement, and repeatable execution, helping customers understand why Common Room matters and how to use it effectively from day one. You’ll execute within established playbooks and frameworks, partner closely with Customer Success, and deliver onboarding experiences that are efficient, clear, and scalable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, facilitation, and momentum and is excited to help many customers succeed through consistent, high-quality delivery.
