The Senior HR Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations and is charged with implementing and executing HR strategies to hire, onboard, train and retain quality talent at IREX. This includes management of a domestic and international benefits and compensation program; fostering positive employee relations and maintaining consistent HR policies and practices; conflict resolution and a thought partner to managers and staff at a complex global organization. The Senior HR Specialist assists the Senior Director Human Resources in managing human resources to advance the IREX mission. Additionally, the role partners closely with the Benefits and HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR functions and strategic initiatives. The position is housed in the Global Human Resources (GHR) Group, and reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources. We are doers.
