This position will serve as a point of contact for all HR and administrative support for various project sites. The Sr. Human Resources Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, support employee relation needs, and provide a wide range of HR administrative requirements. This position is responsible for consultation pertaining to HR practices and policies for assigned groups. The responsibilities include consultation of HR programs, initiatives or acting as subject matter expert for HR with the intent to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Human Resources function.
