The Senior Human Resources Representative is responsible for core Human Resources operational support across multiple organizations globally and will partner closely with our Centers of Excellence in Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and our Human Resources Business Partner teams. Associates supported will include the full spectrum of our workforce, including engineers, quality professionals, scientists, and enabling functions. This role will manage operational HR processes, using a blend of project management, data analysis, and collaboration skills. This role will also support a global client group in our Technology team, offering the successful candidate Human Resources Business Partner skill development. This position reports to the Director, Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay Human Resources in Chaska, Minnesota. You will be a part of the consolidated Business Portfolio, Technology, and Medical and Scientific Affairs Human Resources team, providing support across those areas and to our Quality and Enabling Functions teams. This role is onsite in Chaska, however we may consider remote associates with strong backgrounds. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Partner closely with HRBP's and managers to deliver key HR operational support across several regions Use data to diagnose organizational strengths and opportunities, putting forward-looking programs in place to improve outcomes using the Danaher Business System Collaborate closely with HR Center Of Excellence partners across key HR functions, using standard work to deliver support to leaders and associates Coach and lead a small client group through key people related topics, supporting these leaders in their skill development in employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development
