What Will You Do in This Role? As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a trusted partner in the business by supporting a consistent, compliant, and effective workplace aligned with company culture and HR best practices. This role is responsible for executing core HR functions with a primary focus on employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This position requires an experienced HR professional who can manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal oversight and effectively handle complex situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or combination of education and experience
  • 5 + years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)
  • Ability to provide guidance and facilitate training
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to travel up to 15%within the US and to support business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-state experience is preferred
  • HRIS experience (Paycom preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquires, addressing employee relations, policy procedures, and other employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, EEO, I-9, multi-state)
  • Support audits, reporting, and policy updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Serve as a primary resource for HRIS (Paycom preferred), ensuring data accuracy and reporting
  • Support process improvements and efficient HR workflow
  • Support engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Facilitate training sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Support LMS administration and training coordination
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Attendance is an essential part of job responsibilities
