The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all full-cycle human resources functions, including, but not limited to: recruitment; new hire onboarding and orientation; credentialing; benefits administration, open enrollment, and reconciliation of invoices; reviewing and processing leaves; managing employee changs in the HRIS, employee relations, retention efforts, offboarding processes; report requests, including the completion of EEOC data; and employee appreciation events.
