About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources team is seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their Fabrication - Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) in North Charleston, SC. This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a buzzing factory environment, providing hands-on, on-site support to the IRC leadership team. The HRBP will utilize their expertise, resilience, and adaptability to navigate change and drive business success through people-first HR strategies. Key aspects of the role include championing culture, leading growth through leadership and employee development programs, boosting employee performance and engagement, guiding resource planning and onboarding, and collaborating with Ethics, Labor Relations, and Legal to ensure a fair, safe, and thriving workplace. Requirements

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
