About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources team is seeking a passionate and dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its Fabrication - Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) in North Charleston, SC. This role is central to a factory environment, requiring hands-on, on-site support for the IRC leadership team. The HRBP will utilize their expertise, resilience, and adaptability to navigate change and drive business success through people-first HR strategies. Key aspects of the role include championing culture, leading growth through leadership and employee development programs, boosting employee performance and engagement, guiding resource planning and onboarding, and collaborating with Ethics, Labor Relations, and Legal to maintain a fair, safe, and thriving workplace. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to provide insightful guidance and support
  • Be a visible, on-the-ground HR presence where our employees work — enabling real-time engagement and solutions
  • Help build a culture that puts employee experience front and center in everything HR delivers
  • Support key HR processes like performance management, employee movement, and leadership coaching
  • Collaborate with HR Communities of Excellence (COEs) to design and deliver impactful HR programs in areas like labor relations, talent, compensation, and training
  • Use HR metrics and people data to spot trends, drive smart solutions, and measure the impact of your work
  • Champion the ongoing transformation of HR through process improvements and cutting-edge technology like Workday
  • Solve complex challenges by applying your knowledge of policies and precedents
  • Communicate and collaborate seamlessly with HR peers and leaders across the organization
