Two Six Technologies is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. You will support one or more of our business units and various corporate initiatives using a consultative and proactive approach. This is a hybrid role working out of our Northern Virginia offices at least 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience with an emphasis on consultative HR service delivery and business relationships
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office and/or Google suite
  • Strong formal presentation/facilitation skills
  • Experience in mentoring and training
  • Willingness and ability to receive a government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR
  • Experience with Paycom
  • Experience working for a government contractor
  • Desired skills including business acumen, strategic thinking, data literacy, communications and change management

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business unit leadership to align People Team strategies with business goals
  • Reinforcing a performance-based culture through consistent coaching and development support
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to people leaders on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant and timely resolution
  • Facilitating annual performance management activities including goal setting, feedback delivery and development planning
  • Understanding legal requirements and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Educating managers on making well-informed, data-driven compensation decisions that align with business goals
  • Using HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Partnering with People Team and Corporate functions and contributing to People Team initiatives and priorities
