As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our property leaders, Regional Directors, and Executive Team. Your work will directly influence organizational health, leadership capability, and performance outcomes across WSLM. You will shape strategy, champion culture, and support leaders in building high-performing teams rooted in trust, accountability, and our Personal Touch Culture.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with strategic HRBP responsibilities.
  • Expertise in leadership coaching, executive influence, and complex people dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link people decisions to financial outcomes.
  • Ability to use data to inform strategy and strengthen organizational performance.

Nice To Haves

  • SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Leadership Consulting Serve as a strategic partner to executives and regional leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Translate business goals into practical people strategies that elevate performance and culture.
  • Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence decisions.
  • Leadership Coaching & Accountability Coach leaders at all levels to excel as Ambassadors, Consultants, Collaborators, and Coaches.
  • Provide direct, constructive coaching that strengthens leadership capability and promotes consistent performance.
  • Hold leaders accountable to expectations, culture, and operational excellence.
  • Culture, Engagement & Recognition Strengthen associate engagement using insights, surveys, and data-driven action planning.
  • Champion WSLM's Personal Touch Culture and reinforce core values in every interaction.
  • Promote internal recognition initiatives including GOAT awards, tenure milestones, and service recognition.
  • Operational HR Excellence Advise leaders on workforce planning, staffing ratios, hiring needs, and overtime management.
  • Guide senior leadership on multi-state compliance, complex associate relations, and employment law.
  • Support or lead enterprise programs such as GROW, Crucial Conversations, Leadership Immersion, performance management, and succession planning.
