Position Overview: Electra is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to support design, systems development and integration, and certification activities related to human factors for the EL9 Ultra Short program. This role will focus on optimizing the design of aircraft systems, controls, and interfaces to improve safety, efficiency, and comfort by considering the capabilities and limitations of human operators (pilots, crew members, maintenance staff).
