Role and Responsibilities The Senior HRIS Specialist, serves as our direct Workday Talent Partner and will be responsible for guaranteeing Workday data integrity, adherence to internal SOPs, supports various internal audit requirements. As well as, system testing, across all respective lines of the business (enterprise-wide ~3,000 full-time positions, and 1,000 Contingent Workers). In addition to enterprise-wide support, this role also provides support, change management, and coordination directly to the broader HRBP and Talent organization; including our COEs in relation to Performance Enablement Initiatives, Goal-Setting, and other Cyclical People Processes. Responsible for ensuring complete, compliant, and accurate HRIS (Workday) Data Management enterprise-wide including NA Office, SEA, GBM, & our Affiliates. As well as various areas of responsibility and/or partnership for NA Service Biz This role is the Talent Partner responsible for full ownership and assignments of our 40,000+ Workday Security Roles enterprise-wide Prepares, and processes EIB mass-uploads within Workday related to all areas of core HR data including the testing of mass changes within Sandbox, prior to the launch within Production collaboration with internal stakeholders across the NA Shared Services Center HRIS Team, SDSA and HQ on an as needed basis Collaborates with the NA Shared Services Center HRIS Team, SDSA and HQ on a regular basis Responsible for testing, technical projects, Workday trouble-shooting, education of processes, etc. Launches, manages, and drives all Workday launches related to full-cycle Performance Enablement, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Advanced Compensation (in partnership with Compensation), and Goal-Setting Responsible for data integrity through audits and checks across Workday and the Knox Organization Hierarchy Acts as the subject-matter-expert (SME) to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Generalists, and our COEs providing support, system education, and troubleshooting Supports ad-hoc reporting requests, data analysis, and audit support Ensures live worksheets are kept active, accurate, and updated for internal use (i.e., Severance Calculator) Responsible for all internal audits related though not limited to; ICFR, GPPM, Annual HR Capabilities Audits, HR Security Roles, etc. Responsible for driving Performance Enablement key initiatives, timeline, and synergy across internal stakeholders related to the Workday system components Supports Monday.com initiatives related to scope and HRBP/G Team related to; Project Management, Audit tracking, and Exit Interview Dashboards Assists with integration of shared workspace tools (Mosaic/Zendesk) Responsible for Internal HR SharePoint (STACs) systems access With guidance, will assist with Gauss User Agent implementation for the HRBP and Talent organization
