About The Position

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the strategic and technical management of HR technology platforms. This role ensures data integrity, enhances system functionality, and supports automation across the HR function. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to analyze, design, and implement HRIS solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ADP, Paycom, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key technical and functional subject‑matter expert for HR systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Create advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide people‑data reports to ensure HR data governance compliance.
  • Prepare and execute bulk data loads and import templates.
  • Recommend and implement functional design improvements aligned with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with business partners to automate manual workflows through HR technology.
  • Assess near‑term technology needs, advising HR leadership on priorities, risks, and cost/benefit considerations.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user‑friendly language for non-technical audiences.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train employees and leaders on new processes and system functionality.
  • Contribute to HR Systems strategy, policy development, and implementation.
  • Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
